Paul A. Boronow is the lead trial attorney at the Law Offices of Paul A. Boronow, P.C., a law firm that focuses on Matrimonial and Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Estate Law litigation. Mr. Boronow has had jury and bench trials with positive results in Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens County and New York County (Manhattan) on subjects in Matrimonial and Family Law such as divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, Orders of Protection and Neglect, amongst others, and on criminal matters from petty theft charges and DWI to Murder. Mr. Boronow has argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Division of the Supreme Court and the New York State Court of Appeals, the highest Court in New York State, with numerous published opinions, including arguing a case on appeal that made law on the procedure for custody litigation between parents living in two different states. Mr. Boronow currently has cases pending in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens County in Supreme Court, Family Court, Criminal Court and the Surrogate's Court (Estate Litigation). Mr. Boronow has the skills to litigate and try complex cases, which in turn gives him the strength to negotiate positive results for his clients in a cost effective way, in many instances avoiding the need for any litigation at all.

Andrea Stevens is the senior litigation associate with the Law Offices of Paul A. Boronow, P.C. She has practiced her whole career on Long Island and has a case load that is primarily dedicated to matrimonial and family law, with cases on the courts’ calendars in Supreme Court and Family Court on a daily basis. Ms. Stevens has extensive experience in estate matters which is a great asset in negotiating and drafting prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, as well as drafting estate waiver language and estate liability language as to support obligations in settlement agreements. Ms. Stevens enjoys a reputation as a fair and compassionate litigator, and has the strong negotiation skills necessary to effectuate settlement in cases that would otherwise being prone to trial, effectively saving the law firm clients the extensive costs associated with trial.

Frank J. Loscalzo is an of-counsel attorney with the Law Offices of Paul A. Boronow, P.C. Mr. Loscalzo has been an attorney since 1990, with great legal experience. He started his legal career in California, working as a litigator for a general practice firm and developing a strong reputation for being a powerful litigator and a persuasive and compassionate negotiator. In 1996, Mr. Loscalzo took his strong skills and returned to his home state of New York and began working as a litigating attorney before the federal and state bar in New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties on matters relating to matrimonial and family law, criminal defense, estate and elder law, bankruptcy, consumer law, and other areas of litigation. Mr. Loscalzo has the unique ability to utilize his background in bankruptcy and consumer law to the benefit of the firm's matrimonial and family law, criminal defense and estate clients. He is a seasoned and practical litigator who has the ability to settle even the most complex cases, effectively saving the firm's clients from spending their hard earned dollars on legal fees.
